This notice covers the OBrain marketing website. The OBrain application has its own terms and data-processing agreement, signed before any of your systems are connected.
What we collect
When you request a pilot we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, the system you run on and the job you'd like to hand over. Our servers also keep standard request logs (IP address, browser, time) for security and abuse prevention.
Why
Only to reply to your request and to scope a pilot with you. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a newsletter without asking.
How long
Pilot requests are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Request logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to its use, under the GDPR, the CCPA and similar laws. Reply to any email from us to make a request.
